The brief

Modernise the rooms where care decisions actually happen.

MEDIO AV was the preferred solution for Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust when they needed to replace their ageing video conferencing facilities. We worked with the Trust to specify ultra-modern audio-visual equipment that better linked up board rooms, education centres, lecture theatres and multi-disciplinary teams — backed by an ever-ready support service.

Multi-disciplinary meetings depend on every clinician being heard and every screen being readable. A microphone that doesn’t pick up the corner of the room, or a display that drops out mid-presentation, is the difference between a decision and a delay.

Standardising on one platform across the Trust — with the same controls in every room and the same support team a single call away — means clinicians spend their time on the conversation, not the kit.
