Most single-site deployments run from kick-off to live service in six to eight weeks. Multi-trust rollouts depend on your governance cycle — we’ll map the dependencies with you in week one so nothing slips quietly.

Yes — MEDIO is designed to sit alongside the EPRs, video platforms and identity systems trusts already run. We’ll scope integrations during discovery and confirm what’s in scope before any commercial commitment.

MEDIO holds ISO 9001, 14001, 20001 and 27001 plus Cyber Essentials Plus, with a completed DSPT submission. We’ll provide the DPIA template, supplier assurance docs and security questionnaires your IG team needs.

Commercial models are tailored to scale — single-site, trust-wide, or ICB. MEDIO is available via NHS Shared Business Services and other public-sector frameworks; see our “How to procure” page for the current list.

A 24/7 UK service desk staffed by people who know the NHS — including out-of-hours cover for clinical-safety incidents. Every customer has a named account manager and a quarterly service review.

Mental health services

Some people feel more comfortable using mental health services from the comfort of their own home, so we decided to launch the video support service in addition to our face-to-face offering. MEDIO Consult has useful features to support this service, such as the caller arrival alerts, which sends a notification to the peers when someone enters the waiting room.
